Started her own dance academy post completion of her Visharad in Bharatnatyam. Her academy recently completed 25 years. In these years 25 students completed their “Arangnetram†and she tutored more than 700 students.
1991
Won the title of Garba Queen at various competitions held in various places in Gujarat.
1990
Won the Champions of Champions – “Kalapi Trophy†among 450 participants of which many contestants already held prestigious titles in dancing. Post this achievement she was the undisputed Garba Queen for the next 10 consecutive years.
